I
often use human figures and objects to express
my
understanding of city life; I use the painting language of the
impressionism school ¨C shape, light and color ¨C to aesthetically
re-construct today's society in microcosm.
For me, an
artist¡¯s mission is to use the various painting techniques to express
his or her own understanding and emotions of the real society.
Expressive power
of painting is important, but the unique insights and observations
depicting the minor details are fundamental.
I do not
deliberately seek changes in my works, but I have derived endless
pleasure from the paintings that have been entrusted to me.
All along, I
have been looking for uniqueness in my own painting language. I just
want to use my works to express my sincere feelings, thoughts and
desire, my emotions and pleasure. With my own eyes, feelings, language
and sentiment, I hope to find not only the true meaning of art, but
also to develop it and discover its new life!
